Shipping to the United Kingdom Suspended
Due to changes introduced as a result of Brexit, we have unfortunately had to suspend shipping to the UK on all orders. New VAT rules introduced by the UK government on shipments to the UK from the EU mean that we would have to register for VAT in the United Kingdom in order to ship orders to the UK, and we are not able to take on that additional administrative burden (and expense) at present.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to resume shipping to the UK at a later date.
Due to COVID-19, we have decided to offer free shipping to Ireland for all orders over €30, and free shipping worldwide for orders over €50.
We offer simple, affordable, flat rate shipping on all orders worldwide:
- Shipping to Ireland is €5
- Shipping to Europe is €10
- Shipping to anywhere else in the world is €15
If you are ordering from outside the EU, you may have to pay additional customs charges or import duties which are outside our control.
All in-stock items will be shipped within three working days of your order. As all the items we stock are made by real local designers and many are handmade to order there can sometimes be a delay in shipping which is beyond our control. If this is going to apply to your order we will contact you as soon as possible and let you know when we expect to dispatch your items.
We ship all items through a tracked delivery service, which may require a signature on delivery. Deliveries within Ireland should arrive within one or two working days of shipment. International delivery can take 3 to 7 working days.
We are happy to accept returns for any reason within 21 days of your order and will refund your order in full. If you simply change your mind about your order, we will need you to pay the return shipping costs or drop the item into our shop at Powerscourt House, Enniskerry, however if your item is faulty or damaged we will of course pay the return cost. If you need to return an item, please call or email us to arrange this.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of commissioned pieces unless they are faulty. Similarly, for health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings or some cosmetics.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We will process your refund as soon as your items are received. We cannot refund your order if your items are lost in the post, so we strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return your items.
If you would like to return your items to our shop in Powerscourt Estate, Enniskerry, you’re more than welcome to do so but please do print out a copy of your order confirmation email and put this with your items before leaving them in. Please note that refunds cannot be given in store and we must refund the card used to place your order online, through our online payments platform.
