Ballyshane boards are made by hand in  in Co. Carlow. All boards are made from 100% sustainable Irish Hardwoods. Each board comes with a traceability tag which identifies where  in Ireland the wood has come from.

This large board is the perfect serving platter - antipasti, cheeses, nibbles or indeed anything else.  Very beautiful and practical!
